5. How do I top up?
Topping Up is simple.
By Top-up Voucher:
Just buy a top voucher from your local store and follow the
instructions below:
- Dial one of the access numbers.

At the voice prompt enter your account number and PIN (if your
phone number is not registered with us)..
- At the voice prompt press * 3 to top up your account.
- At the voice prompt enter you 11 digit voucher PIN.
The
voice prompt will confirm your updated balance. You are
now ready to call the world for less!

6. How do I make a call
using LYCATALK?
Making a call is as easy as 1, 2, 3
- Dial one of the access numbers

At the voice prompt enter your account number and PIN (if your
phone number is not registered with us).

Once your account is topped up,
At the voice prompt dial the destination number
e.g. 00 + country + city code + Phone + *
Please Note:
Please do not press the 'dial' / 'call' /
'enter' key after entering the destination number.
You can now make international calls at extremely low
prices using LYCATALK.

12. What are the features using LYCATALK?
LYCATALK offers you the following features.
- You can have a Conference Call using LYCATALK
- Using call conferencing, you can connect to three people at the
same time, so a maximum of four people can talk at the same
time.
- You can speak to your friends/ family in three different
countries/ cities/ places using our call conference service.
- You can save you number and make quick and easy calls from
your mobile.

13. How can I make a conference call?
To make a conference call, Please follow the easy steps below:
- Dial the access number.
- At the voice prompt, please enter your LYCATALK account
number followed by PIN (if required) and then enter destination no.1 (line 1).
- Press ** and dial destination no.2
Once 'line 2' is connected, it will automatically join your
call.
- Press ** and dial destination no.3
Once 'line 3' is connected, it will automatically join your
call.
That's it! You can now talk to 3 people at the same time.

14. How can I disconnect any number from a
conference? All numbers in a conference call are connected as Line 1, Line 2
and Line 3
If you wish to disconnect one of the callers just
- Press *1 for disconnecting 'line 1',
- Press *2 for disconnecting 'line 2' and
- Press *3 for disconnecting 'line 3'.

15. After disconnecting any caller from a
conference call, can I dial another destination?
- Yes you can always add a new caller after disconnecting any of
the lines on a conference call.
Please note that you can connect maximum up to 3 callers at any
stage.
- To connect to a fourth destination, please disconnect one of the
connected lines, i.e. 'line 1', 'line 2', 'line 3'. If 'line 1'
is disconnected, the fourth call will be interpreted as 'line 1'
- Please note the following:
- Please do not press the 'dial' or 'enter' key after entering the
destination number.
- Please do not 'select' the destination numbers from the 'contact
list/phone book' of your phones/mobiles and press 'enter/dial'
as this will generate a new call which will be charged by your
phone/mobile operator.
- You will be charged separately for calling each destination
number according to our applicable tariff and the total will be
deducted from your account balance.
You need to ensure that all the destinations are reachable
otherwise you would have to disconnect your entire call
I.e. if you are connected to 'line 1' and 'line 2' and if 'line
3' is not reachable or not answered, it will keep ringing until
you disconnect the entire call.

16. How can I make quick and easy calls from a
MOBILE?
- To make quick and easy calls, you need to register your mobile
phones.
- Once you register your mobile phones, you can make quick and
easy calls from your mobile without having to dial both the
access number and the international number separately.

enter a PAUSE? Depending on the mobile phone you use,
You can enter a pause using the following procedure.
- NOKIA Phones:
Press * key three times i.e. * * *, this will show as 'P' on
your screen.
- Siemens / Panasonic phones:
Press and hold '0', this will show as '+'
- Motorola / Ericsson / Sony phones:
Press and hold '*', this will show as 'P'

18. How can I store numbers to make quick and
easy calls from a MOBILE?
To make quick and easy
calls from your registered mobile without having to dial both
the access number and the international number separately,
SAVE the number by following the procedure listed
below
- Enter the access number 0615 647 421
- Enter a Pause.
- Enter your international number including the 00 and SAVE it to your phonebook.
FINALLY your entry should look like this:
0615647421p (00 + country code + phone number).
That's it! Next time you want to call, find the above stored
number in your phonebook and call!

19. Do I need to have my own phone line?
No, all you need is access to a phone service.
We will provide you with access numbers and you can use the LYCATALK
service from
almost any touch tone phone.
Not only can you call from UK but you can call from the
following countries.
Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,
Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
and USA.

number ? Using the free access number , it would cost you
0.015 CHF/min more then using the local access number.

service from a payphone? Using the payphone , there
is a surcharge of 0.35 CHF /min

Using the service abroad, other than a payphone, there may be an
additional surcharge of 1 CHF /min on the Belgium rates. Additional payphone charges may apply.

25. Is there a minimum fee or connection charge?
No there are no hidden charges you simply pay for the calls that
you are connected to through our services.
You simply pay a flat rate per minute to call any destination.

26. Do you charge for all calls that are made? No, we only charge for all calls that are connected. Connected
calls may include calls reaching to voicemails and operator
prompts in some cases.

27. When will my call be charged? Your call will be charged once you are connected to your
destination number. Connected calls may include calls reaching
to voicemails and operator prompts in some cases.

28. In what increments do you charge your calls? We charge all connected calls in one minute increments.

29. Will I be billed for dialling the access
number? You will not be charged by LYCATALK for dialling the access
numbers but you may be charged by your landline/ mobile operator
depending on your tariff plan.
Please check the information with your service provider before
using the LYCATALK service.

30. Do I pay any line rental? No, you only pay line rental to your phone (landline/mobile)
service provider.

time? Only one user can use LYCATALK account at a time.
If someone is using the LYCATALK account and at the same time,
the same LYCATALK details are entered by some other
person the user will get an engaged tone.

call? Connected calls may include calls reaching to voicemails and
operator prompts in some cases.
However you can call our customer services or e-mail us.
If you have been charged wrongly and claim refund within 24
hours of making the call, we will investigate the issue and may
refund calls where appropriate.
